I had the priveledge of spending 2 days in February sitting in a lovely restaurant that was in the middle of a winter field looking out over a lake and onto the mountains of Whistler. All the elements of "Plein Air" in the winter except I was inside in the warm. Lovely. This painting was one of the results of that trip.
