We have many canals and waterways in our area from years ago when the whole valley was one large lake. The canals are full of life and beautiful reflections. Any time that I have stood quietly by one of these areas it wouldn't take long before I would start seeing muskrats, birds and other life that I couldn't name. All part of the beauty of the area.
